This is nearly a story of every man that walks on Earth. But, it is possible for a man to move from sleep to awakening or from darkness to light. It can be done ‘via meditation’. We call this mission “Via Meditation”, as meditation & mindfulness is the path to sublime aspects of life whether it is balanced living, joyous living, stress free living or self-realization. Via Meditation is about exploring spirituality and self transformation through the benefits of meditation.

Via Meditation is a mindfulness initiative that aims to bring a taste of bliss into lives of modern 21st century individuals whether in their personal capacity or in corporate lives.
