Taoists knew this great secret, thus they have shown a very dynamic relationship between Ying and Yang in the way it is drawn. When the Yin reaches its maximum it starts moving towards Yang and when Yang reaches its peaks it moves towards the Yin. To make analogy, the day is at its peak at 12 noon and from that point, the day slowly starts moving towards the night The above is the eternal “law of reversion”. This law can also be used in meditation where the bodymind can be taken to the peak of action and then using law of reversion, meditation can then flourish as the bodymind moves from peak of action to stillness. This law was used to great effect by Osho in his active meditations. A lot of methods that use dance, movements or flow are based on this principle which principally try to tire you down, so when you sit in meditation, you can settle into peace.
In case you feel that mind attacks you the moment you sit in meditation and you feel an overflow of thoughts, then you can use this principle to make a breakthrough with your meditation practice
We call this mission “Via Meditation”, as meditation & mindfulness is the path to sublime aspects of life whether it is balanced living, joyous living, stress free living or self-realization.
