There are lot of studies done on the benefits of meditations and there is a lot of scientific validation on this subject. There are studies conducted by numerous eminent universities enlisting the benefits of meditation. As meditators, we have felt the direct perception of benefits that has benefits across the spectrum of body, mind and spirit.
This list of benefits is prepared by Guru Sarvananda under whose close supervision I have been able to blossom with meditation being a catalyst.
