Breath is a connecting cord between body, mind and soul. The importance of breath and its effect on our mind, states of being has been discovered by most wisdom traditions of the world. It is no surprise that breath related meditations, or other exercises have been found in Indian yogic traditions and also find important place in Chinese as well Sufi wisdom practices. By changing breathing patterns can bring changes in our disposition and hence it can be used to go deeper into meditation. The breathing mediations come with various methods and variations, some of these require a much closer supervision while it is being practiced. Hence, we will focus on methods that can done without supervision.
We call this mission “Via Meditation”, as meditation & mindfulness is the path to sublime aspects of life whether it is balanced living, joyous living, stress free living or self-realization.
